Switch to a frequency of 24kHz or 44.1kHz
Specific operation: Insert BT11 into the computer USB port, and connect the device to be paired with BT11. After a successful connection, open computer settings - Sound - select output (with BT11 option) - open "Sound" page's device properties - click "Other device properties" under "Related settings" - Advanced - Default format drop-down selection - click OK - play any track on computer, wait for frequency switch success display (usually completes within seconds)
