How to upgrade the firmware for the JA11？

Local upgrade：

Note: Before upgrading the firmware for JA11, it is recommended to unplug other decoders from the USB interface on the computer to avoid firmware upgrade failure!

1. Please use a Windows 10/11 computer and install the latest USB DAC driver:

2. After the driver is installed, plug JA11 into the USB port of the computer, plug JA11 into the headset, and then open the FiiO Control Panel to see if JA11 can be recognized:

3. If JA11 is successfully recognized by the FiiO Control Panel, you can open the burning tool "JadeAudio JA11 Upgrade Tool" in the folder "Upgrade Tool". Click "Scan", select "JadeAudio JA11", then click "File", select the firmware "JadeAudio JA11_Vxxx.bin", and finally click "UpGrade" and wait for the firmware upgrade to complete:

4. When “UPGRADE FIRMWARE SUCESS” appears, it means the firmware upgrade is successful.

Online upgrade:

JA11 now supports online upgrade on the web site and local upgrade on the computer:

1. Web site online upgrade: Click here. After connecting the JA11 to the computer, no need to download the firmware. You can upgrade the firmware online directly on the web site.

2.Local upgrade on computer: You would need to download the firmware and upgrade locally on computer.

Note: If the web site online upgrade fails, you can fix it by local upgrade on the computer.
