Common Issues and Troubleshooting for Anytime

(1) Unable to turn on the device?

1) Please check whether the headphones have sufficient battery. When holding the power button, does the indicator light respond?

2) Try charging the headphones for a while. If it still doesn’t power on, please contact customer service for after-sales support.

(2) Unable to pair with a device?

1) Force pairing mode: While the device is off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter forced pairing mode.

2) Clear pairing list: While the device is on, long press both the volume+ and volume- buttons for 2 seconds to clear all paired devices.
