Through analysis, we have found that in some early batches, a small number of headphones experienced adhesive failure in the pivot joint fixation. After long-term use, the screws may become loose, leading to holder detachment. In response, we have taken the following improvement measures and service actions:
1. Improve structure and remove adhesive process. Starting from batches produced on November 20, 2024, this issue has been completely resolved, and new batches of headphones will not have this problem.
2. If you encounter this issue, please contact the seller first. If they are unable to help or you would like to fix the problem by yourself, please contact FIIO’s official after-sales customer service by sending an email to support@fiio.com with purchase proof attached.
